Performance Coaching Program - 3 months Intensive

Overview

This program has been designed for experienced Mortgage Brokers looking to grow their business beyond current results.  It is not a remedial program – but rather designed for currently successful brokers to grow their business.

FrontRunner models the ‘best practices’ of large successful businesses and of high-performing brokers and assists clients to apply the appropriate ones in their business.

FrontRunners’ style is not to prescribe actions but more appropriately – facilitate, design implementation plans and follow-up agreed actions that will lead to successful solutions for each client.  Our main role is to assist in the decision making process (identifying the right solution) and then hold the client accountable for the implementation.

Please see the document titled ‘Mortgage Broker Business Program’ to reference some of the following information.  It will provide more details as to what will be required for successful completion.

3 month intensive

This facilitator program comprises of fortnightly group sessions covering the Practice Management Modules listed below along with 3 x 30 minute personal coaching sessions (either by phone or face to face).

The group size needs to be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 for optimum networking and information sharing.

Extensions of the program are available for suitable groups and individuals.

Fee

Contact us for a quote on the details below.  The fee for this program is $3,850 (GST inclusive). 

If interstate work is required, FrontRunner is prepared to negotiate a monthly travel fee per state per program.

NB.

FrontRunner is determined to work with a small number of clients in the Finance Industry to enable us to maintain a ‘unique selling proposition’ and to enhance our clients’ proposition.  We are deliberately not ‘mass marketing’ this type of program so that we can maintain a feeling of exclusivity with our clients.
