Performance Boost Overview

This program has been designed for experienced Mortgage Brokers looking to grow their business beyond current results.  It is not a remedial program – but rather designed for currently successful brokers to be more successful in their business.

FrontRunner models the ‘best practices’ of large successful businesses and of high-performing brokers and assists clients to apply them in their business.

FrontRunners' style is not to prescribe actions but more appropriately, facilitate and follow-up agreed actions that will lead to successful solutions for each client.  Our main role is to assist in the decision making process (identifying the right solution) and then work with and/or hold the client accountable for the implementation.

The performance boost program contains 6 workshops, which consist of

  • Improve your presentation skills
  • Lead Generation Strategies
  • Build a repeat and referral business
  • Understand Buyer Behaviour
  • Performance management

FrontRunner Consulting Group is offering a series of workshops to help business owners and company representatives plan and grow their business in the coming financial year.  Commencing in 2009, we will conduct 6 workshops on the above topics.  These workshops will provide the boost business owners need to make this a record year for business.

Performance Coaching

This program is designed to be ‘front-end intensive’ so that attendees have a clear implementation plan for the period of the program and so that momentum is created at the earliest possible time.

The Coaching program will be reviewed by the client and FrontRunner after 3 months to assess the quality of the program and recommend any improvements.

Fee

Contact us for a quote on the details below. Standard fees for existing programs are $875 (GST inclusive) per month. Fees can be paid in quarterly installments. 10% discount is offered if the annual fee is paid annually in full in advance.

If interstate work is required, FrontRunner is prepared to negotiate a monthly travel fee per state per program.
