Leadership Development and Coaching The FrontRunner Leadership team has been developing the skills of business owners and senior managers for over a decade. Our experience has shown that in many SME’s (small to medium enterprises) owners and managers are not yet competent in some areas of normal business operation and don’t know where to start. FrontRunner expertise includes the following; Business, strategic and succession planning – the foundation of all successful businesses is research, planning and execution. Many SME’s need to update their overall business plan (includes business vision and mission) and strategic plan (includes shorter term goals and strategies). FrontRunner provides free business plan templates for you to download in our ‘free stuff’ section for you to use. We can add more value by keeping your plans alive! We often work with owners and managers each quarter to review and update each plan. Recruitment – we have helped many clients to attract and recruit staff at all levels. We can assist clients to write a job specification, job advertisement, conduct email, phone and face to face interviews, make the job offer and document the letter of offer. We can do this all for you and/or put a recruitment system in place for your company that can be used many times in the future. Performance Management –staff are your most important asset in your business. Effective performance management systems can help keep managers and staff on track to ensure that people can grow with the business. FrontRunner can implement proven performance management systems that are user friendly to both staff and managers. These systems enable SME’s to set goals and personal plans for every team member and assist with regular reviews through the performance period. Managing and motivating people – while managers focus on sales, operations and financial management, our most valuable assets can be ignored (the team). Coupled with the performance management system, FrontRunner works with leaders to ensure that the entire team works effectively together to achieve the business goals. We ensure that time is dedicated each week to seeking and providing effective feedback to the entire team. We also hold you accountable for continued implementation so that these initiatives don’t die. Coach the coach – everyone’s a coach! Effective coaching and mentoring is generally learned. FrontRunner has been coaching and mentoring business owners for many years and has developed a formula for success. If your role requires you to be the coach, we've got the system for you. We can help you design the entire coaching program from goal setting to agendas for each meeting. We develop leaders to give and take feedback effectively and maintain enthusiasm and positivity for the program. Time and event management – because time is a constant and can’t be managed, we can only manage the things that we do in the time we have. One of our most in demand modules is on time management. We work with leaders to identify the high-paying and low-paying activities that exist in your role and work with you to ensure that you spend as much time as possible in the high rather than the low. |
